Note how they advertised a 20 gauge steel exterior that was screwed. This was really important, because like 99% of the trailers manufactured during the war were out of plywood or masonite. Most had a canvas roof. Getting a metal trailer was a great deal! Notice the really nice interiors of finished wood! But again....none of these trailers had bathrooms up until 1949. |
