Ventoura offered a really unique 2-story type mobile home in 1955. The exterior was fashioned to look like a split-level conventional house of the fifties, even down to the fake fireplace and chimney.
(The chimney was removeable for towing. Most states only allowed a 12'6" height limit.) These 2-story homes were available in 2 or 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was downstairs at the rear. There was a small
staircase that took you upstairs to a loft-type rear bedroom and an optional 3rd loft bedroom over the bathroom in the center part of the home.
