In the year prior, Magnolia came out with two ten-wide models, 35 feet and 45 feet long, boasting a so-called "Center Island Plan". What this was (see floor plans) was the kitchen and bathroom were back to back in the center of the home. One could walk through either room to get to the back bedroom. Dining space was in the living room. |
