Henslee was a fairly new company, being barely in business for a year. They called their first mobile homes 'Casa Manana' and manufactured them in the lower price bracket. The smallest model was the 27 footer 'Casa'
which sold for $2395. The 33 footer sold for $2995 and the illustrated 36 foot 'Casa' sold for $3195. They also manufactured a king-sized home that was 42 foot long and sold for $3995. Note that they all sold for
under $100.00 a linear foot. That was a pretty good price for an all aluminum furnished home for that time period! Compare their first homes with the later models in 1959.
