In 1963 Magnolia Homes started building a model they called the Leisurama. It was a ten-wide coach that folded out an additional 7 feet on each side to form a fully 24' wide home when parked. This is the
1965 model with floor plan. Study the plan and note how roomy the mobile home is. It features 3 large bedrooms, full bath, a half-bath between the two rear bedrooms and a seperate laundry room. The kitchen is in the
center and like the bathrooms has no windows because this is the main section of the unit. The living room is quite large and has a seperate dining room. There is even a den area before you enter the bedroom area!
